Love is so important, and loving yourself is the key factor to a happy life.

BE AWARE EMOTIONAL TOXINS ARE OBSTRUCTING SELF-LOVE

In today’s world, we are all so worried about loving our body and keeping away the pollution and toxins. We are very aware of the air we inhale and what we take in from different foods and the environment that we totally ignore that we are an emotional being and we attract toxins through various emotions too! 

We are so busy taking care of how we look and pay little attention to how we feel emotionally and spiritually!

Here are a few symptoms that will tell you if you are getting filled with too many emotional toxins and it’s time to release it:

  1. You have become irritable:When you start feeling irritated for small things, and cannot find the right reason for it.
  2. Tired and Headaches: You might feel drained out and tired, even if you have had a relatively free and relaxing day.
  3. Choice of Food: If you are filling in the toxins your body might crave for high vibrational food, but you will end up filling lower energy foods like – fries, pizzas, etc.
  4. Lazy and lethargic: Even though you want to go out and have a good time when the time comes to step out you do not feel like it – or would prefer to sleep in, or watch a series on television.
  5. Complain box: You start complaining about everything in life including your relationships, work, personal life, your body, your face, etc.

 

Here are some reasons that cause these toxins to accumulate in our system:

  1. Fear
  2. Anger
  3. Jealousy
  4. Unfulfilled Desires
  5. Failures

 

HOW TO DEAL WITH IT?

  1. Use Affirmations to the fullest: One of the best ways to release emotional toxins is to call upon Archangels/ or divine power/ Universe as you’re falling asleep.

           Either silently or aloud say:

           “I ask that you clear away any old anger, pain, resentment, judgments, bitterness, or forgiveness from               my mind, body, and emotions. I am willing to exchange pain for peace. I now release to you anything                 that may be blocking my awareness of peace, especially within my relationships.”

              When you awaken, you’ll notice a positive shift. It doesn’t matter whether you recall your dream interactions with your                    higher self or not, as the work is on the subconscious, level they have done their job. Have faith!

  1. Mediate : Use the release technique for letting go of unwanted emotions that are blocking your way
  2. Healing:You can try classes, workshops for healing or put on some soothing music and a scented candle in a clean room and breathe it in for an hour or so!
  3. Identification: Learn to identify the triggering points or situations in life that make you feel the above mentioned symptoms and then work on them

Self-love is the most important. Release your Toxins and be open to love and receiving!
