Being able to recharge to enjoy life has always been the top pieces of advice when people come over to me…

Have you looked in the mirror and looked drained, so tired with work and personal life, trying to get a balance and be there for everyone.

When your phone battery is about to die and you do not have a charger, have you found yourself anxious and worried as if you have just lost something very important?

This is how we feel when we are drained of our energy

Let’s not mince words!

You get all worried if your phone or your laptop or an iPad is running low on battery, isn’t it? You want to plug it in immediately so that you do not miss out on any information or message you might get.

But have you realised once you drain out completely there will be NO recharging!

We are the most important and advanced machine we have at our disposal. It needs continuous charging and maintenance or else it breaks down, making us feel low, unwanted, depressed, isolated and vulnerable.

One can feel this even after minting a huge amount of salary, having a great family, a lovely wife/husband and high-end lifestyle!

None of the above will help you recharge the way you can.

IT’S IMPORTANT TO RECHARGE here are some tips you can use to shine from within

  1. Music: sound heals. Listen to instruments- not everyone likes classical, so you can choose a piece of music or a form that you feel happy with BUT this needs to be done alone or in groups, but no conversations with each other.
  2. Food: We are what we eat, have heard that many times, but it’s true, each high vibrational food like raw fruits, juices BUT mindfully. so when you do it you do just that.
  3. Move your body: physical activity will help you release dopamine, the happy hormone and make you feel energetic
  4. Breathe: take deep breathes in the open air, let the oxygen reach your brain!
  5. Get a gadget-free hour: if you can’t do an hour do 30 mins, taking yourself off completely from every gadget – television, laptop, phone anything. connect with your inner self.
  6. Meditate: Focus on yourself and move inwards, understanding and re-discovering the purpose of your life.
  7. Affirmations: Repeat positive statements that re0enforce your neuro- pathway with messages that boost your confidence and raise your vibration.
  8. Example: “I am a magnet to abundance and peace now.”

Keep smiling and feel alive.
